Mother's Day is almost here and I have my moms gift all wrapped and ready.
I can't share what it is because she might read it here.
She keeps a close eye on me you know. *wink*
I tried to fill her little bag with things she likes and will enjoy.
But we all know it's not about the gifts.
While all the gifts are great and fun and who doesn't love a special gift or some beautiful flowers on that special day.
I was just thinking about a how many of my friends who no longer have their mothers and it makes me sad.
It also makes me realize how blessed I really am to still have my mother. I am very grateful for that!
So for those of us that still have our mothers.
I think the very best gift we can give them is LOVE and APPRECIATION on their big day and of course a gift and some flowers are nice too.
You know a Big Ol Hug and I Love You can bring on a heartwarming smile that will stay with both of you for years to come.
