Could this be a L'oreal Polish Color?

Just wanted to share this beautiful nail polish I found with you today! It's getting cold here in N.C. and I was looking around for some winter nail polish colors  to share with you and I just found this really pretty nail color, but I'm not sure of the color because the person who posted it didn't put a name with it:(
So I am guessing it is a L'oreal and maybe haute couture red!



Do you know what color this nail polish may be?
