Well it's getting that time of year we are putting up the sandals and getting out our closed toe shoes.
For some that can be a painful problem to the foot.
Maybe you have a callus or corn on your foot or just a wider spot that tends to hurt in certain shoes.
Well here is something that you may find helpful if your shoe is hurting your foot.
Have you ever noticed that something as simple as where the seam on your shoe is hitting your foot could give you relief.
