Here's another Nail Care Tip to help you keep those nails pretty and white. Yay!
Tips for Stained Nails |
We do lots of things that can really stain our nails.
This is a great little tip to help you if your nails get stained from many things.
Not just limited to working in the garden.
It can also help clean up those nails from stains like ink stains, food coloring, etc.
I think we have all had that little ink accident with that ink pen we knew we should have already thrown away.
Some of you are probably like me and end up getting your nails really dirty when working around the house or outside.
I like to feel things with my hands. ;0)
I know you are probably thinking I'm a bad girl and don't practice what I preach. But hey I'm honest. ;0)
Sometimes even if you are wearing your gloves the things will still somehow find it's way inside and make a mess of those pretty nails.
So here's a little tip that I do and can help you get those nails all cleaned up from dirt, ink or whatever stain you may have on your nails.
I take a little bit of dish soap and bleach and use the nail brush I told you about here. You can pick one up at Sally's or you could also use an old toothbrush.
Then just make sure you rinse really well to remove the residue and then don't forget to lotion up and get that moisture back in your hands and nails.
Tip: If you have really sensitive skin and prefer not to use regular bleach you can pick up a nail bleach made just for nails that's probably a little more gentle at the nail supply store.
Tip: Be careful when scrubbing those nails not to splash it on your clothes.
Tip: Do not over do this. Only use this method as a last resort, when you have really stained nails and nothing else will get your nails clean.
