Basket and Bag Ideas for Mother's Day!

If you are thinking of filling up a goodie bag or maybe a basket for mom for Mother's Day.

You know what they say the sky's the limit. Well you're only limited to the size of the bag or basket you get.
So get her a BIG ONE and have fun filling it up!
Yes I'm laughing!

Try to fill it full of personal things that are just for her to pamper herself or with favorite things that she will enjoy doing.

Try not to put things like kitchen items that will make her work.
Unless of course she has her eye on something special that she has been wanting for the kitchen and it's something she would never buy for herself.
 
Thinking about what your mom likes to do will get your brain ticking.

Does your mom like to be pampered?

Things like a gift certificate to a reputable spa or at least a manicure and pedicure, a nice bottle of lotion and of course you should always have a little nail polish hidden in there.*wink*

Is she a beach mom?
How about adding flip flops to her bag or a wrap to have for one of those cooler evenings on the beach.
Add a little suntan lotion and some sunglasses.

Does your mom love the garden.
A gift certificate to her favorite garden store so she can go pick out some new beautiful plants to add to her garden this year.
Don't forget to add a few garden gadgets to her basket.

Is mom a shopaholic how about a gift certificate to one of her favorite stores. You could add a scarf and lotion or perfume here.
 
Is mom a mountain mom.
How about some hiking items like a new water bottle or a light weight rain jacket.

I do think if you go the gift certificate route you should still add a couple of small relative items to her bag.

Have fun and make it a theme bag or basket of items your mom will love!
