Joan Rivers was still having manicures

When I saw that Joan Rivers was still having regular manicures while in the hospital it so touched my heart and put a huge smile on my face.

I can't begin to tell you how many times I have payed visits to the hospital to give a client a manicure, men as well as women.

There is just something about being pampered when you are sick that is so good for the soul.
As I sit here and think about them I smile and hurt at the same time because some of them are still here with us some are not.
