Did you know that it is a good idea to use two separate nail files on yourself ?
We are always thinking about making sure the nail technician is using a new nail file when going to the salon to get our nails done, but we don't think so much about it when we are at home. Do you know why it's a good idea to use two files for yourself ?Here is an example why.
Say for instance, if you have an issue on your toes like some sort of bacteria, yeast, fungus or whatever and sometimes you may not even know it's there for awhile.
You use your file on your toes, then you use that same file on your hands, you could transfer the bacteria or whatever the issue you may have to your hands.
It is always safer to use two different nail files for your manicure and pedicure.
Just food for thought!
So next time you are out shopping for a pretty nail polish go ahead and pick up some extra nail files. Two different types or colors of files will help you identify them when you are ready to do your nails. :)
And you should change them out regularly.
